Welcome to Lines of Duty. By scheduling a service, requesting a quote, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Lines of Duty is a Veteran-Owned business offering striping, stenciling, and sealcoating services exclusively on private property. We serve residential driveways, commercial parking lots, athletic surfaces, and industrial sites. We do not provide services for public roadways or municipal spaces.
Lines of Duty is not a licensed contractor under the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Our services are performed within the scope of work that does not require a contractor’s license under current California law.
We are fully insured, and documentation is available upon request. Our insurance protects our team and clients against unforeseen damage due to negligence. We are not liable for issues resulting from existing surface damage, oil saturation, poor drainage, or structural compromise.
Quotes are based on current information and standard surface conditions. Final pricing may change if:
Additional surface prep is required
Undisclosed surface damage is found
The scope of the project is modified
We reserve the right to cancel or revise a quote at any time prior to the signing of an agreement or the commencement of work.
Scheduled service dates are subject to change based on:
Rain, extreme heat, or unsafe temperatures
Material availability
Site accessibility
We will communicate promptly if rescheduling is necessary.
The client must disclose known issues (e.g., loose gravel, fresh sealcoat, water runoff).
The work area must be clear of vehicles, debris, and obstructions before the crew arrives.
Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations is the client’s responsibility.
Lines of Duty follows ADA and fire lane guidelines to the best of our ability. However, we do not provide legal compliance certifications. Final layout and approval must be determined by your compliance official, city planner, or architect.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may incur fees or interest.
Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your invoice.
We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Projects canceled after dispatch may incur a mobilization fee. Refunds are not issued for completed work unless there is a documented service defect and a reasonable attempt to correct the issue has been refused or failed.
Lines of Duty reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
